Every alternate Saturday at Bversity brings with it an enlightening leadership session known as "Project Default Settings," a unique initiative where co-founders and prominent mentors of Bversity guide the team through immersive discussions on core values. These sessions are designed not just to educate but also to inspire, fostering growth and a deep sense of purpose among team members.

In our recent session, we had the privilege to host Ratheesh Krishnan, fondly known as "Rats," Director at SPI, an early believer, and esteemed mentor of Bversity. Rats delivered a thought-provoking session focusing on two of Bversity’s core values: pioneering and transformative leadership.

Rats began the session with a powerful insight: "In times of chaos or crisis, someone has to step forward and lead. When things are orderly, someone has to foster collaboration." This simple yet profound statement resonated deeply with the team, providing clarity on the dynamic roles individuals must play within an organization.
