Bversity offers industry-integrated degree and certification programs in partnership with universities. Due to the nature of academic seat allocation, university enrollments, and cohort-based delivery, our refund policy is structured accordingly. Please read this carefully before completing your enrollment.
2. Program Fee Structure
Fees at Bversity may include:
Enrollment/Application Fee — non-refundable
Program Fee — semester/term-wise or full-program payment
Certification Fee — for standalone PG certification programs
3. Refund Eligibility
Cancellation within 7 days of payment (before academic access granted) 100% refund of program fee
Cancellation after 15 days or after academic access granted No refund
Program cancelled by Bversity 100% refund
Student unable to meet eligibility criteria (verified post-payment)100% refund
Duplicate payment100% refund of duplicate amount
Note: The enrollment/application fee is non-refundable in all cases.
4. University-Integrated Programs (BSc / MSc Biotechnology)
For programs conducted in partnership with universities (Crescent University, Sai University, etc.):
Once university enrollment is confirmed and a seat is allocated, no refund is applicable on the university fee component.
Bversity's program fee component may be partially refunded as per the schedule above.
Students are advised to confirm their intent before university enrollment is initiated.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hi@bversity.io with subject: Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Program Name]
Include: enrollment ID, reason for cancellation, payment proof
Our team will respond within 5 business days
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Enrollment / application fees
Course materials or kits already dispatched
Fees paid directly to university partners
Certification fees once assessment has been initiated
7. Deferral Option
Instead of a refund, students may request a one-time deferral to the next available cohort (subject to availability), within 30 days of the original enrollment date. This is a one-time option per student.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate to hi@bversity.io. Disputes not resolved within 30 days may be referred to consumer courts under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
